Erica is also very perceptive and has the rare ability to get to know clients and their tastes quickly in order to find them the property that they will love. Erica sold us our first home and she has been there for us ever since to give us advice and answer any real estate related questions that we have. Erica also recently helped us refinance our home mortgage by connecting us with a motivated mortgage broker and writing a detailed property description and comp analysis for our Appraiser.
